We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Urban Forest Tree Service! We tried to get quotes from two other well known companies in Bend. One never even got back to us, and the other couldn't even come out to give us a quote for three months. Then we discovered Urban Forest and they came out the same day, gave us a quote, and the job was done a week later! They did a great job on our trees and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been there. They were all so professional and friendly. We highly recommend Urban Forest Tree Service.

We cannot recommend Urban Forest Tree Service highly enough! They are consummate seasoned professionals - they arrived on time, removed (then later replanted) shrubs that were in the way, took down and completely removed a 40 ft. diseased sugar pine including the stump, then cleaned the yard better than it was to begin with. The whole process only took two hours. We will never use any removal service but Urban Forest Tree Service! They set the standard.

Urban Forest's 8-man crew showed up on time on a Monday, all smiles, all machinery (trucks, chipper, grinder, climbing gear, hauling baskets, log claw) and went to work. Removed junipers, scotch pine, spruce, shrubs etc. cleaned up and went to a second location where they beautifully pruned two mature ponderosas. (My neighbor stopped by, "could you . . . ?" Done!) Professional, personable, fair priced, knowledgeable (flexible) - a fantastic team with an extraordinary work ethic. I have experience with other major tree services in Bend. Thank you, Urban Forest. Urban Forest Tree Service is an outstanding all around tree removal company in Bend, OR. The estimator was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous and fair. The five young men who arrived on our property this morning were extremely hard working, knowledgable about their craft, worked extremely well with each other, and were positive and engaging throughout the entire project. Yesterday, October 14th, 2021 Urban Forest Tree Service came to our home (Bend, Or) to cut down 5 trees (one being a very very tall pine tree). What a professional job they did! I recommend them 110%. I think what sold me the most, was the clean-up. They took the time and did a beautiful clean up so by the time they finished it did not look like they had even been there. I was expecting to at the very least sweep my driveways, walkways and deck.....but NO, they did it all. We are sold. From this day forward, they will be our go to for tree service. Amazing! They plant trees too! Will be calling next year.

Professional, knowledgeable, punctual, clean and so reasonable. We have used them twice for tree trimming and pruning and now 2 huge ponderosa tree emoval (beetle infestation). They explained everything, cared about the heath of our trees and property and our yard never looked better. Entire staff & crew are amazing. They have a forever customer! Give them a try, you won't be sorry, just sad you didn't find them earlier!
